Cloaked to the north by stirring mist-covered mountains and surrounded by a relaxing vista of paddy fields and waterfalls, Villa Le Maas Tota is a luxury villa offering a relaxed and picturesque environment. A stream gurgles through well-kept gardens and outdoor areas are full of birdsong. The villa is set upon a 30-acre site which once housed a planter’s bungalow and it blends the recognisable features of colonial architecture with elegant and modern interiors. Accommodation
The villa sleeps up to 10 and its five rooms can be booked individually or entirely. Accommodation divides into Studio Apartments, Standard Deluxe, Family Suite and Junior Suite. All include a/c and ceiling fan, tea/coffee facilities, bedside reading lamps, king-sized beds, TV with satellite/cable, luxurious bathrooms with tiled walls and floors, in-room safe, sofa (optional),minibar and hair dryer.
Studio Apartment (max 2): Modern four-poster bed, cocoon armchairs and sofa for a cosy TV square, a microwave, sink and indoor garden-style bench and a veranda with chairs and table looking out onto the large windows looking out onto the greenery beyond.
Standard Deluxe (max 2): Chic interiors and dark tones.
Family Suite (max 4): Ideally suited for travelling families with children, this room features one interconnecting room with twin beds and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Junior Suite (max 2): Perhaps a slightly more traditional room, this Suite has a modern four-poster bed, traditional arm chair, separate room with writing desk and a secluded sit-out area at ground level.
Facilities
Meals can be arranged in a variety of attractive locations as well as the dining room which has a lovely ten-seater dining table. The infinity swimming pool has sunbeds and shades and loks down upon beautiful terraced paddy fields. There is also an adjacent BBQ pit. The villa is wi-fi enabled and also has a separate living area with sofas and comfy arm chairs. Attractions include visits to nearby waterfalls, the famous viewpoint of Lipton’s Seat and Adisham Monastery. The villa will include cooking classes and a tea-factory tour.
