Accommodation
The 38 rooms of the Argyle is categorised under four types: Wallace, Stewart, Bruce and Campbell. All are spacious, have at least partial mountain views and come with tea/coffee making facilities, in-room dining facilities, minibar, safe and flat screen TV. All room floors are covered with earthy timber tones of wooden panelling combined with plush carpets. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with h/w and rain shower, which comes ready with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and towels. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The rooms have both AC and heating facilities.
Wallace: These eight standard rooms are located on the lower terrace of the hotel. The rooms open up to a small private garden where guests can relax. Accommodated with a queen-sized bed, this room is suitable for a couple or a single traveller. The bathroom is compact and has a shower cubicle.
Stewart: These five charmingly appointed rooms come with a queen-sized bed. The tiny balcony of each Stewart room affords soothing views of the tea hills. The rooms in this category are quite spacious than those of Wallace. One extra bed can be added in if required.
Bruce: This category has 24 deluxe rooms in total. However, 12 rooms are situated on the ground floor and the rest is located on the upper floor. Each room of this category located on the upper floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the ones on the ground floor come with a king-sized bed. There are two pairs of interconnecting rooms, which are ideal for families. The Bruce category also offers two thoughtfully designed rooms on the ground floor for differently abled guests. These two rooms have easy to use sliding doors and the ensuite bathrooms cater to the special needs of guests.
Campbell Suite: The spacious honeymoon suite of the Argyle is designed with floor to ceiling windows, offering stunning views from three sides of the room. There is also a private terrace and the airy en suite bathroom comes well-equipped with complementary toiletries and hair dryer.
