Introduction

Soul Resort is a boutique hotel in the south coast holiday town of Dickwella. Spread across two acres of unspoiled natural surroundings, this nine-bedroom boutique hotel overlooks the spectacular waters of the Indian Ocean. This contemporary hotel does not compromise on space and its large well-appointed bedrooms and a sizeable pool are complimented by a partially-opened lobby area surrounded by a generous garden space with access to the beach.

Accommodation

Soul Resort offers accommodation in seven bedrooms and two lodges. The bedrooms are categorised into three Royal Suites, four Regent Villa Rooms and two Monarch Lodges.

Royal Suites: These enormous ocean-front rooms come with a spacious lounge area, sprawling private terrace with a four-person Jacuzzi and separate dressing area. The rooms are well-appointed with a king-sized bed and twin beds and complimenting furniture. In-room amenities include: A/C, safe, cable TV, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-fridge and safe. The ensuite bathroom is large and has two vanities and a walk-in shower with an h/w rainshower. Two Royal Suites are located on the first floor, while the remaining suite is on the ground floor with wheel-chair access.

Regent Villa Rooms: Offering stunning sea views through glass sliding doors, these rooms are designed as twin units and comprise of double-height ceilings, private balconies with a sitting area. The room is furnished with a king-sized bed and sofa bed. In room facilities include: A/C, overhead fan, coffee/tea makers, cable TV and safe. The ensuite bathroom is partially open-air and has an h/w rainshower.

Monarch Lodges: Overlooking the gardens, these lodges are fitted with twin beds and all the amenities available in the suites and rooms. The lodges are ideal for solo travellers or two friends travelling together.

Facilities

The hotel benefits from a secluded beach stretch and a large swimming pool and has an Ayurveda spa offering a variety of traditional treatments. Chefs at Soul Resorts produce Sri Lankan and western favourites using fresh produce from the hotel garden and nearby villages and freshly-sourced seafood. The food at Soul Resorts is entirely halal and they do not serve pork. BYO alcohol.
