Accommodation
Each of the villas comes with a king-sized bed, a full-size refrigerator packed with goodies, LED TV Bose surround sound system, a selection of movies and a Thakuru, who is a personal butler for your stay. The bathrooms vary from enclosed to open-air showers and even twin vanities. All villas have bathtubs.
Beach Villas (135 sq. m): These villas can accommodate up to two adults and two children or three adults and one child. They have direct beach access along with a private deck complete with loungers, a swing and a dining table.
Beach Pool Villas (190 sq. m): These villas can accommodate up to two adults and two children or three adults and one child. Along with access to the beach, guests also have the option of taking a dip in the private pool or lounging on the deck.
Water Pool Villas (175 sq. m): Up to two adults and one child or three adults can be housed in these villas. It has a private pool as well as stairs leading directly into the blue waters of the lagoon. There is also a private deck with loungers, daybed and a dining table.
Deluxe Water Pool Villas (190 sq. m): These villas can accommodate up to two adults and one child or three adults. When you tire of the beautiful private pool and the adjoining Jacuzzi, just climb down from your private deck, straight into the lagoon. Although there are plenty of options to stay in the water, you can even opt to sun bathe on your private deck.
Family Beach Pool Villas (255 sq. m): With the ability to accommodate up to three adults and two children, these villas come with a private family-sized pool as well as direct beach access. The living area consists of a sofa bed and a guest bathroom which can be used by the children and the white sands the villa opens up to ensure they have plenty of space to run about and play. The private deck comes ready with loungers, daybeds and even a dhoni swing. Stays in these villas come with special welcome gifts and turndown service for the children.
Niyama Private Island Maldives also offers Pool Pavilions suited for more luxurious and private living and are able to hold up to about nine people.
The Crescent: Positioned offshore, this is a quintet of villas forming a private overwater playground. Able to accommodate up to 22 people, The Crescent is a combination of one Two Bedroom Ocean Pool Pavilion, two One Bedroom Water Pool Pavilions and two Deluxe Water Pool Villas. The Crescent comes with two dedicated private butlers and a private chef.
Facilities

The Explorer Kids Club keeps the little ones occupied and will accept children from one-year olds all the way to 12-year olds with different clubs for different age groups.
The Drift Spa offers guests a host of services from signature treatments to yoga and sleep inducing treatments. The spa includes six over water treatment rooms with lagoon view to ensure complete relaxation.
There is a choice of nine restaurants offering unique dining experiences. Included in the selection is Blu which offers Mediterranean cuisine throughout the day, SubSix which specializes in seafood for lunch and Tribal which serves up a global selection from African and American to Brazilian cuisine for dinner.
