Kassapa Lions Rock, named after the legend that surrounds the magnificent Sigiriya Rock Fortress, offers comfortable accommodation in 51 individual chalets and dining and spa facilities within a rural setting, surrounded by tropical trees which attract numerous species of bird. There are 51 well-designed individual chalets, each with a spacious a/c bedroom, private veranda, and ensuite bathroom with a bath tub and open-air h/w shower. In-room facilities include satellite TV, tea/coffee facility, mini-fridge and room service. Some of the chalets are adjoining and ideal for families.

Meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant, or there is the option of in-room dining. Sri Lankan and western cuisine is on offer, prepared with fresh vegetables and herbs purchased from the nearby village home gardens. There is a well-stocked bar and drinks are served in the gardens at the roof top terrace. Other facilities include: a swimming pool; an Ayurvedic spa offering relaxing massages; Wi-Fi, and laundry service. Bicycles are also available.
