Accommodation

Dusit Thani Maldives has 94 Villas and Residences and has one of Maldives’ largest infinity pools. Each Thai-style villa is complete with flat-screen TV, Bose sound system, in-house movie collection, a wine cooler, minibar and coffee machine. The bathrooms are furnished with all necessary comforts. There is Wi-Fi service in all the rooms.

Beach Villa: With a king-sized bed and a private terrace that leads to the ocean beyond, this leading category is perfect for couples.

Beach Villa with Pool: This room is similar to the Beach Villa but comes with a private plunge pool adjoining an open air bathroom and terrace.

Beach Deluxe Villa with Pool, Water Villa with Pool and Ocean Villa with Pool are also options in the Villa range. Each of these are spacious, with some villas opening out to the beach and others which allow you to step directly into the waters of the Indian Ocean.

Focusing on style and space, the Beach Residences provide ample luxuries for a beach stay. The Two-Bedroom Beach Residences and Three-Bedroom Beach Residences are great options for families as they have a separate kitchenette and even private butler service.

Dusit Thani also offers two-bedroom Ocean Pavilions and Two-bedroom Family Beach Villas for more privacy and space.

Facilities

Dusit Thani offers plenty, be it in terms of dining, experiences, adventure or just chilling. Each villa has bicycles that can be used to explore the island and if guests prefer exploring by boat, then go on a sunset cruise or simply relax and take it easy at the unique elevated Devarana Spa.

There is also a Fitness Centre, Yoga Pavilion with an instructor, evening entertainment, two tennis courts, laundry services and a doctor on call. Kids will be kept busy at the tree house and the spacious outdoor play area. The butler service and in-villa dining options allow guests to spend the day at their villa, if they choose to do so.

Location

The luxury resort of Dusit Thani sits on Mudhdhoo Island in Baa Atoll which is Maldives’ only UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The resort can be reached via a 35 minute seaplane ride from the capital city, Malé. Alternatively take a 25-minute domestic flight followed by a 10-minute speedboat from Dharavandhoo Airport.
