Introduction

Anantaya Pasikudah, with its beautiful views of the endless blue seas of Sri Lanka's east coast, is a great place to spend a few days in comfort and luxury. Accommodation

Anantaya Pasikudah has a varied offering of rooms, all pleasingly designed and comfortably furnished. There are five room categories to choose from which are housed in five blocks. The rooms are air conditioned and have free Wi-Fi. The hotel also has two disabled friendly rooms.

Superior Rooms: These 37 rooms are reasonably spacious and have king-sized beds, a small dressing area, a balcony to enjoy the sea views from and an ensuite bathroom. There are just 4 Superior Rooms which have direct pool access. An extra bed can be added if required.

Deluxe Rooms: Each of the 11 Deluxe Rooms are slightly spacious than the Superior Rooms and have a king-sized four-poster bed. An extra divan bed can be added if required. There is also a bath tub and 3 Deluxe Rooms have direct access to the pool.

Pool Suite: This luxurious suite comes with its own plunge pool and outdoor sitting area. The generous bed assures a good night’s rest and the beach is just a short walk away should you wish to step out.

Villas: There are four two-bedroomed villas and one three-bedroomed villa. With a spacious living space and a plunge pool, these villas are ideal for travelling families. The villas are also equipped with a pantry, refrigerator and microwave. These stylish villas allow for a comfortable and laid-back stay.

Facilities

All rooms at Anantaya Pasikudah consist of a minibar, safety deposit box, flat screen TV and hairdryer amongst other facilities. There is an option of dining indoor or outdoor and the choice of an international menu as well as Sri Lankan delights. The restaurant and library adjoin each other and there is also a gym to help you keep in shape during your holiday. The spa at Anantaya Passikudah is managed by Coco Spa and there is also a water sports centre which will help you enjoy Sri Lanka’s East coast. The bar by the pool is in operation during the day and the bar at the restaurant kicks in after 7pm. It is worth noting that the hotel hosts a volleyball game every evening, between guests and staff, which helps keep high team spirits.

Location

Anantaya Pasikudah sits on a beautiful stretch of calm Pasikudah beach. The journey from Colombo will take roughly eight hours, and from Habarana, in the cultural triangle, it is just a three-hour drive.
