- For such a small no frills hotel, there are good facilities including a pool and spa
- We love the sense place; it feels paired back, eco friendly and in keeping with the natural surroundings
- It's well located if travelling to and from Yala to the Hill Country
- It's a little warmer here as it's lower than most of the Hill Country
At the time of writing, the rooms are fan cooled and not air conditioned, however to some this is a very good thing and far more environmentally friendly
It's simple so don't expect anything luxurious

You're not in the heart of the tea country, but the hilly scenery is striking nonetheless

The architecture is designed to keep the rooms cool and air flowing through; this negates the need for air conditioning, only a fan. All organic waste generated at Jetwing Kaduruketha is treated and recycled onsite. The property is also completely self sufficient when it comes to rice. Jetwing Kaduruketha is located near Wellawaya in the lowlands of the Hill Country, not far from Haputale, Koslanda and south of Ella.
