Accommodation

KK Beach offers accommodation in ten air-conditioned suites in four categories - all with ocean-front views. The contemporary style includes sliding glass panels facing the ocean, affording the guest uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. The décor is contemporary with extensive use of indigo blues and whites, set off with examples of local art. The rooms are furnished with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms, balconies with table and chairs. The ten rooms are categorised as:

The two Ocean Deluxe Rooms are 40sqm in space and offers a private terrace. The two Ocean Suites are more spacious with 60sqm, has a separate sitting area with satellite TV and a private terrace. The two Penthouse rooms are luxurious and roomy at 85sqm,with a sitting room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower and bath tub and a private sunbathing terrace. At 105sqm, the four Penthouse suites are the largest with seating area with satellite TV, sunbathing lounge and spacious ensuite bathrooms with tubs. 

Facilities

The Beach Club restaurant occupies the open-plan ground floor, which is open to non-residents as well as the Living Room and Bar. A changing display of vibrant artwork from Sri Lankan artists is on constant display and available to buy. The restaurant serves fresh seafood BBQs, traditional Sri Lankan curries and western dishes with a local twist. In front of the clear ocean and pristine sandy beach, a sleek swimming pool, an ambalama for chilling out and comfortable sun-loungers are available for guests to relax on and enjoy their day on the beach.
